EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION
The conference attracts over one thousand health care professionals, including physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, dental hygienists, mental and behavioral health providers, social workers, public health personnel, alternative health care providers, health care administrators, health policy makers, researchers, domestic violence advocates, students, victims/survivors and others.
All exhibitors will be provided with the following:
- a 8' by 10' exhibit space with a 6' draped table top, two chairs and a wastebasket;
- organization description in the conference program.
Exhibitors agree to arrange and pay for all other exhibit costs including, but not limited to:
- all travel costs to and from the conference;
- additional exhibit furnishings;
- accommodations and amenities;
- shipping and handling costs of exhibit materials (including any hotel labor costs);
- exhibit space phone lines, electrical, or other audio visual needs;
- any other incidental exhibiting charges.
